MHAP Occupational Therapist Workload/Caseload Survey

Reminder: Survey open until the end of December 2023! We are a small OT initiative setting out to create a dataset that describes the workload/caseload for occupational therapists across services for mental health and addictions. The specific demands of occupational therapy in mental health can depend so much on the practice context it would be helpful to have access to a broad range of information to highlight similarities and differences between services. NSSOT Pay Equity Update

Union Feedback NSSOT has been in contact with the relevant unions (NSGEU, CUPE, UNIFOR) involved with the Healthcare Collective Bargaining. The unions have highlighted to us that job re-classifications are not completed as part of bargaining, and filing the job reclassification document is the only way to navigate this issue. They did highlight to ensure that all OTs do fill out their bargaining surveys when the time comes, to address the other issues we have identified.
