Reminder: Survey open until the end of December 2023!

We are a small OT initiative setting out to create a dataset that describes the workload/caseload for occupational therapists across services for mental health and addictions. The specific demands of occupational therapy in mental health can depend so much on the practice context it would be helpful to have access to a broad range of information to highlight similarities and differences between services.

We would greatly appreciate your help by completing the accompanying survey. The survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete. We know this is a significant amount of your time and that you are busy with your many work responsibilities. The more of us that fill it out, the richer the information will be. This survey will be available to complete for approximately 3 months. The data will be used by NSSOT and OTs in the province to complete advocacy efforts, therefore potentially shared with any applicable stakeholders related to those efforts. Our hope is that the results will provide useful insight into improving communication, mentorship, and advocacy for our profession.

Please feel free to share this survey with colleagues/friends who may not have received it through this channel.

Results of the survey will be anonymous and not connected to your name or email address. The survey is hosted by Google Forms so some NSH employees may find that their work computers block this website. In such cases, you will have to use your personal computer or mobile device to access the survey.

Thank you for your valuable time and your valuable feedback.

Additionally we have attached 2 different versions of a tracking tool to support you in recording your workload.
